The deal between you and Pam, in plain words. Using Pam means you agree to this.Last updated 9 October 2026.
What Pam is
Pam helps you find places and people that can help, and keeps track of what you plan to do.Pam does not run the programs it lists. Other organisations do.Pam is free to use.
Pam is not for emergencies
If you are in danger or someone is hurt, call 911.If you are in crisis, call or text 988. Someone answers day and night.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number. There is no password to lose.Keep your account to yourself. Anyone holding your phone can get in.Tell us if you get a new number, so your reminders follow you.
Being decent to each other
Do not threaten, harass, or lie to people here.If a message is not safe, report it. A person reads it.You can block anyone, and they will not know.Only send photos and documents that are yours to share. Do not send a photo of someone who did not say yes to it.
Programs and places
We get our list from the city and from the programs themselves. Hours change and places close.Call ahead when you can. If a place is wrong or closed, flag it and we will check. What happens at a program is between you and them. We cannot promise a spot or a result.
Points
Points show what you have done. They are not money and cannot be cashed out.If we ever offer real rewards, we will say so first.
When we limit an account
We can turn off parts of Pam for an account that is hurting other people. If an account is limited, it can read messages but not send them. If an account is paused, it cannot sign in. Either way, you can always call Pam for help. When something is turned off, Pam tells you it is off and who to call.
Changes
We may change these terms. If the change matters, we will tell you in the app.Keep using Pam and the new terms apply.
